摘要
临床医学专业学位的设立是我国医学高层次专门人才培养方式以学术型为主转变到以应用型为主的一次战略性调整，本文围绕临床医学专业硕士学位研究生培养中的难点展开探讨，分析其形成的原因，并通过实践总结对策，取得了良好的效果，值得进一步交流、推广。
Establishment of clinical medicine degree is a strategic transformation from research-oriented to application-oriented cultivation of high-level medical talents. The paper discusses the difficulties in producing graduates working for clinical medicine degree and causes of the difficulties. The solutions are proposed based on our practice, which have achieved good results.
