老年男性骨质疏松及雄激素受体的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 骨质疏松症是一种全身代谢性骨病,其特点是骨量减少和骨组织的微细结构受损,骨的脆性增加,易于发生骨折。男性骨质疏松同样是一个非常重要的公共卫生问题。随着老龄化社会的到来,人均寿命的不断增加,老年男性骨质疏松有逐年上升趋势,老年男性原发性骨质疏松症亦严重威胁老年男性的生存质量。而男性原发性骨质疏松的研究起步较晚.其发病机制还不十分清楚,因此如何有效地防治男性骨质疏松症在国内外缺乏公认有效的方法。随着分子生物技术的应用,对雄激素受体的研究日益深入,国内外正研究雄性激素在基因水平上在骨质疏松发病中的作用,试图探索雄性激素的替代疗法。本文就有关文献做一简要综述,以期能进一步展开对老年男性骨质疏松发病机制的研究。
