摘要
统计分析表明:水温(WT)、藻类(alg)与异养菌(HB)、产淀粉酶细菌(AB)、产脂肪酶细菌(LB)、产蛋白酶细菌(PB)、反硝化细菌(DNB)、呈正相关,水温、alg与硝化细菌(NB);有机磷细菌(OPB)、无机磷细菌(IPB)呈负相关。不同生理群与溶解氧(DO)浓度的相关性情况不一。细菌生理群的数量与环境中相应的化合物的含量按周年变动进行相关分析,除AB外,不同位点情况各异,但多数相关不明显。
Statistical analysis indicated that the correlation between water temperature (W T) and the amount of HB,AB,LB,PB, DNB is positive, so is alg.The correlation between W T and the amount of NB,IPB,OPB is negative.So is alg.The correlation between every kind of bacteria and dissolving oxygen is different.The correlation between the amount physiological groups of bacteria and the concentration of corresponding compound in different sites is different except for AB according to annual change.Most of their correlation are not singnificant.However the correlation between the amount of all kinds of physiological groups of bacteria and the concent of corresponding compound is quite singnification among sites.
