摘要
SA8000作为全球第一个社会责任标准,将对浙江民营企业产生深远影响。本文在面向企业员工调查的基础上,对照SA8000标准和我国相关劳动法律法规,分析了浙江民营企业存在的社会责任缺失;从短期与长期相结合的角度,提出了转变政府的政绩观、树立“以人为本”的经营理念、调整企业竞争战略等政府、企业、社会共同努力的对策。
SA8000, as the first global standard for corporate social responsibility, will have great impacts on Zhejiang private enterprises. This paper conducts a survey of enterprise workers. By comparison SA8000 with related Chinese labor laws and regulations, the lack of social responsibility in Zhejiang private enterprises has been analyzed. From the combination of short - term and long - term perspectives, a cooperation measure among the government, enterprises and the society has been advocated to change the sense of the government performance, to establish the management rationale of humanism, and to adjust the competitive strategies of the enterprises.
