摘要
以环氧氯丙烷(ECH)、亚硫酸氢钠和无水碳酸钠为原料,合成了1,2-二羟基-3-丙磺酸钠(DHPA);研究了反应温度、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应物摩尔比等因素对转化率的影响,得到了合成1,2-二羟基丙磺酸钠的最佳反应条件,傅立叶红外光谱及熔点仪对合成产物进行分析的结果表明合成的产物为1,2-二羟基丙磺酸钠。
In this paper, 1,2-dihydroxy propanesulfate(DHPA) was synthesized by using epichlorohydrin, sodium bisulfite and dry sodium carbonate. The influence factors to ratio of product were studied in detail, such as reaction temperature, amount of catalyst, reaction time and reactant~ ratio to conversion, and solution and so on. The optimal technological process about synthetizing dipolymer. At the same time, the structure ofproducetion were examined by using of the apparatus-IR. The results showed that the production was 1,2-dihydroxy propanesulfate.
