摘要
在介绍层次分析法和各种零售业态特点的基础上,以天津市某个居民小区为例,说明了应用层次分析法在居民小区中选取最佳的零售业态的过程,并在此过程中,对层次分析法进行了改进。
On the basis of the introduction of method of Analytical Hierarchy Process （AHP） and the characteristics of retailing business type of operation, the article takes a community in Nankai district, Tianjin, to illustrates the process in which the method of AHP is applied to determine the best retail business type of operation. Besides the illustration, some improvement is made to the AHP.
