摘要
采用管式反应器进行裂解C5馏分热二聚反应的研究,考察了原料浓度、反应温度、停留时间等对CPD(环戊二烯)转化率、选择性的影响,将反应产物进行精馏分离得到纯度(质量分数)大于80%的DCPD(双环戊二烯)。以试验数据为依据,建立了C5馏分CPD热二聚反应过程的动力学方程,并对相关参数进行了回归。
Studies thermal dimerisation of pyrolysis C5 distillates with tubular reactor, explores the influences of feed concentration, reaction temperature, residence time, etc. on the conversion and selectivity of CPD (cyclopentadiene). Rectify the reactants to get DCPD ( dicylopentadiene) whose purity is more than 80% (wt). Based on experimental test data, sets up dynamic equation of thermal dimerisation of C5 dicyclopentadiene, and regresses relative parameters.
