摘要
验证了几种消除浓差极化的有效方法,结果表明,膜的下游疏水改性、升高吹扫气的温度、改变吹扫方式,均能消除浓差极化,提高膜组件的除湿效率;吹扫和抽真空联合使用更能消除浓差极化,大幅度地提高膜的除湿性能。
Some effective ways to eliminate the differential concentration polarization are validated. The results show that by means of hydrophobic modification of the membrane backward position, enhancing the temperature of purge gas and changing the purge methods, the differential concentration polarization can be eliminated and the dehumidification efficiency of membrane components is enhanced. The effect will be better when combining the purge with vacuum pumping.
