摘要
新的学籍管理是在新形势下针对高等学校的实际情况制定出来的,它符合我国高等教育的历史发展趋势,体现出“以生为本”的教育理念在学籍管理工作中的重要性,为高等教育学籍管理提供了法制化、科学化、程序化、人性化的重要依据。
In accordance with the reality of the institutions of higher education under new circumstance, new management of students＇status has been put forward. Combining with the history and development of higher education in China, it reflects the significance of taking students as the foremost; meanwhile, it provides the legal, scientific, systematic, humane basis for the management of students＇status in the institutions of higher education of China.
