摘要
在实证研究的基础上,分析了我国民营中小企业组织公民行为的现状,提出了从人才招聘、组织公平、组织支持等方面提高民营中小企业组织公民行为的策略。
Based on the practical study, this paper analyzes the actuality of the organizational citizenship behavior of medium and small-sized private enterprises, displaying the countermeasures to raise the level of organizational citizenship behavior in areas such like enrolling of staff, fairness in organization and organizational support.
