摘要
通过对HCBT40D15型电主轴进行结构分析,在ANSYS中建立了其轴承-主轴转子系统二维有限元模型。分析并计算了主轴的静态变形和静刚度,采用Subspace法计算了前6阶固有频率和振型,然后通过Harmonic分析得到了主轴在不同激励下的动力响应。结果表明,分析所得主轴的静态刚度与实测刚度一致;主轴工作转速远离其临界转速,能有效避开共振区。
Mainly analyzed the structure of HCBT40D15 electric spindle, a 2D FEA model of beating- spindle system made in ANSYS is given, and calculated its preceding six sets inherent frequency and vibration model by the method of Subspace. Then obtained several dynamic response of the spindle in different stir conditions. The result verified the static stiffness of electric spindle is very closely to the real measure, the working speed of spindle is far away from its critical rotate speed. It can avoid the region of sympathetic vibration effectively.
