摘要
针对焊接电源的特点,对模糊控制的必要性和可行性进行了论证,提出了一种变结构的模糊PID控制算法,降低了对传递函数的依赖性。为保证测量和控制的实时性,提出了基于uC/OS-II和ARM的控制方案。这种方案提高了系统的控制能力和快速响应能力。
In view of welding power source, the necessity and reality of fuzzy control are demonstrated. Proposed a kind changes the structure the fuzzy PID control algorithm, dependence on transfer function is reduced. In order to guarantee timeliness of measuring and controlling, the control method based on uC/OS - Ⅱ and ARM is put forward. This kind of plan sharpened the system control and fast response ability.
