摘要
教师对学生评教制度产生抵触基于三方面心理原因,即因评价主客体地位变化引起的心理失衡、因主体权利保障不力引起的心理失衡和因评教结果运用不当引起的心理失衡。要改变教师对学生评教的态度,必须引导教师转变观念、尊重教师主体权利和注重教师专业发展。
Teachers' resentment on the system of students' assessment of teaching is due to the following three psychological factors--psychological unbalances caused by the change of status of assessing subject and object, by the ineffective guarantee of the assessing subject' s rights, and by the inappropriate application of assessment result. In order to change teachers' attitudes towards students' assessment of teaching, we should guide teachers to change their ideas, show respect for teachers' subjective rights and lay stress on teachers' development of their own special fields of study.
