摘要 通过南梁煤矿首采工作面采前的实验研究和开采时的现场观测,分析了工作面顶板的移动、来压强度以及巷道变形破坏情况,总结了厚黏土覆盖层浅埋煤层单体长壁工作面的矿压显现规律.实验和观测表明,尽管其上覆岩层的力学强度比较小,煤层埋深浅,但工作面初次来压步距大,矿山压力显现剧烈,周期来压台阶下沉量大.在此基础上,提出了加强支护来预防顶板大面积垮落.这为实现厚黏土层覆盖浅埋煤层单体长壁工作面正常开采提供了可靠的理论依据. Based on the in-situ observation of the firstly mined working face of Nanliang coal mine, the roof movement, the roof weighting intensity, and entry deformation and failure of the working face were analyzed. The strata behavior rule of longwall face with individual props in shallowly buried coal seam covered with thick soil was summarized. The results of experiment and field observation show that, although the overburden is small in strength and the coal seam is shallowly buried, the first weighting step distance is very great and severe, resulting in a great roof subsidence during the periodic weighting. On the basis of this, we put forward the idea of strengthening the support intensity to prevent the roof from collapsing, providing a reliable theory for realizing normal mining in individual props of longwall face in shallowly buried coal seam covered with thick soil.
