摘要
利用GC—ECD对海南东寨港海湾表层沉积物中有机氯农药进行分析,结果表明,研究区总有机氯农药浓度为0.31-7.36ng/g(层深0~2cm),0.38~5.38ng/g(层深2-10cm).HCHs浓度为0.04-2.30ng/g,DDTs浓度为0.07~4.56ng/g,说明海南东寨港沉积物有机氯农药处于低生态风险状态.港内湾红树林国家自然保护区内有机氯农药浓度较高,其DDTs农药主要来自于历史积累У-LHCH农药有近期输入.
The organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in surface sediments of Hainan Dongzhai harbor was analyzed utilizing GC-ECD. The total concentration range of OCPs was 0.31-7.36ng/g (0-2cm), and ranges from 0.38 to 5.38ng/g (2-10cm). The concentration of HCHs was 0.04-2.30ng/g and the concentration of DDTs was 0.07-4.56ng/g. The organochlorine pesticides in sediments of Hainan Dongzhai harbor was in the state of low ecological risk, The concentration of OCPs was higher in mangrove national natural protection area in the harbor, its DDTs pesticide mainly came from historical accumulation and a newly input of У-HCH.
