应激时大鼠胃粘膜中MDA含量及SOD和GSH─Px活性的变化 被引量:5

摘要 观察了应激时大鼠胃粘膜中脂质过氧化程度和自由基清除系统活性的变化。结果表明:随着应激时间的延长,粘膜中反映脂质过氧化程度的MDA含量逐步增加;与此同时,在清除氧自由基中起重要作用的SOD和GSH─px的活性亦升高,提示应激时体内氧化和抗氧化的活性都加强。 This experiment was designed to investigat the production of lipid peroxide and the activity of oxygen free radical-clearing system of rat gastric mucosa under stress. The results showed that content of MDA, which represented the production of lipid peroxide, increased as stress time prolonged; In the meantime, the activity of SOD and GSH─px, both of Which played an important role in clearing radicals, also changed. The former had a tendeney of increase While the latter increased significantly. This indicated that the action of both oxidation and antioxidation was enhanced under stress.
