摘要
本文就学生就业存在的缺陷,分析了原因,提出了对策,并提出要加强学生能力培养和素质教育,促进学生就业工作。
This paper analyzes the reasons of the graduates＇disadvantages of obtaining jobs,brings forward the countermeasures, emphasizing the euhivation of the students ＇ability and quality so that the graduates can have more employment chance.
