棉花核不育系抗A_1育性转换不育株育性变化与温度的关系 被引量:2

摘要 为了纯合棉花核不育系抗A1,使其不育株率由50%上升到10096,通过调节播种期,从不育株群体中发现了2株育性转换不育株,并对该育性转换不育株的育性变化与温度的关系进行了研究。结果表明,抗A1育性转换不育株属低温不育、高温可育类型,其育性转换临界温度在27~28℃之间,敏感时期为花前7~13天;在自交条件下,抗A1育性转换不育株的不育株率逐代提高,经过3代自交,其不育株率已达65%,有希望纯合。 To get the homozygosis line of two- type nucleus male sterile line Kang A1 and enhance the sterile plant rate from 50% to 100%, the sowing date was adjusted and two fertility- changing sterile plants were found. Then the relationship between fertility alteration and temperature was studied. It was indicated that new temperature - sensitive male- sterile line cultivated from Kang A1 was sterile in low temperature and fertile in high temperature. The critical temperature of sterility transformation was 27-28℃and the sensitive time was 7- 13 days before blooming. The sterile plant rate of this nucleus sterile line was enhanced per - generation and it had reached 65 % affter 3 generation of self- bred. Therefore, it would be homozygous in Zhanjiang.
