摘要
为了快速准确地检测水果和蔬菜中的农药残留情况,采用气相色谱分析技术,研究了能同时测定番茄、苹果中氯硝胺、六氯苯、百菌清、三唑酮、丁草胺、狄氏剂、OP′-DDT、异狄氏剂、乙酯杀螨醇、胺菊酯、甲氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯、溴氰菊酯等14种有机氯和拟除虫菊酯类农药的多残留分析方法。结果表明,供试的14种农药在番茄和苹果中的分离状况良好,能在30min内出峰完毕,其添加回收率在70% ̄113%之间,变异系数在0.3% ̄13%之间,最小检出限在0.0011 ̄0.0085mg·kg-1之间。
A rapid, simple analysis method for determining residues of dicloran, hexachlorobenzene, chlorothallonil, triadimefon, machete, dieldrin, OP'-DDT, endrin, chlorobenzilate, tetramethrin, fenpropathrin, cypermethrin, sanmarton, deltamethrin in tomato and apple by capillary gas chromatography was studied. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned up by a column of florisil. The quantification of the residue of qrganochlorines and pyrethroid pesticides were established by capillary gas chromatography with a μECD detector, a DB-1 capillary column, a mixture of 90% n-Hexane + 10% Acetone as mobile phase. The qualitative and the quantitative analyses were carried out based on the retention time and peak area respectively. Each pesticide was added with 3 kinds of density in recovery experiment. The results showed that the average recovery rates of the analytical method for the fortified samples in tomato and apple were between 70% and 120%, with the coefficient of variation below 20%. The minimum detection limit for the 14 kinds of organochlorines and pyrethroid pesticides was in a range of 0.001 1 -0.008 5 mg·kg^-1. This detection method was rapid, practical and can meet the determination of pesticide residue, suggesting it be popularized and applied in practice.
