摘要
20世纪90年代中期以来,中国政府逐步确定了以人为本、和而不同、有所作为、和谐世界等外交新理念。这些外交新理念,不仅促使当代中国外交与时俱进,而且将是现在与未来中国外交实践的新指南。
Since the mid 1990s the Chinese government has developed a set of new concepts of diplomacy, including the people-oriented idea, harmony in diversity, make contributions, and world harmony. These new diplomatic concepts have promoted marked progress in the Chinese diplomacy, and may serve as the guidelines for the Chinese diplomacy at present and in the future.
