摘要 采用高温固相反应及硫化两步法成功地制备了Ni掺杂ZnS-ZnO复合光催化剂,通过XRD,UV-Vis,SEM,XRF等技术对催化剂进行了表征,发现活性组分Ni掺杂ZnS的量和它的分布对复合光催化剂的光解水产氢性能有很大影响。并结合实验结果,对其产氢机理进行了分析。 Ni doped ZnS-ZnO catalysts were prepared by two-step method of high temperature solid reaction and sulfurization. The catalysts were characterized by XRD,UV-Vis,SEM and XRF techniques. We found that these catalysts, which had appropriate amount of Ni doped ZnS and preferentially distributed on the surface, showed better photoactivity. The mechanism of hydrogen production was explained according to our experimental results.
