摘要
归纳了适用于石油化工自备热电站的优化建模方法,并以某石化自备热电厂热动系统为对象进行优化计算与分析,给出了推荐的管道改造与锅炉、汽轮机系统优化运行方案。该优化方法可使石化企业中小型自备热电厂的热动系统获得较好的经济效益。
A mathematical model for optimizing the cogeneration plant of petrochemical complex was set up. Said model was applied in the thermal power system of the cogeneration plant of a petrochemical complex. Suggestions for revamping pipeline system and optimizing the operation parameters of boiler and turbine system were proposed according to the calculation and analysis results. Significant economic benefit could be obtained through said optimization.
