摘要
以引进型300MW机组为例,运用现行热力系统热经济性状态方程定量分析了过热器和再热器喷水减温系统对机组热经济性的影响,指出过热器喷水减温由给水泵出口分流时对机组的经济性影响不大,在实际中可广泛采用;再热器喷水减温对机组经济性的影响比过热器喷水减温的影响要大得多,使机组的实际循环热效率降低较多,运行时应尽量减少或避免采用。
Taking introduced 300 MW generate sets for example, the effect on generating sets produced by superheater and re-heater de-superheating spray is analyzed by utilizing the thermo-economy system state equations. According to the digital analysis, the effect on generating sets of super-heater spray de-superheating when the water from feed pump is not strong, and the super-heater spray de-superheating may be widely used in practice. While the effect on generating sets of re-heater spray de-superheating is much stronger than the effect of super-heater spray de-superheating, and the thermal efficiency will decrease obviously. It is found that the use of re-heater spray desuperheating should be avoided during operation.
