摘要
英汉同声传译即时性的特点决定了英汉同声传译要使用顺译原则,而单独使用顺译又有局限,这需要有其他技巧来补充。文章着重从英汉语言对比的角度,讨论了顺译和重复结合的必要性。从句法结构方面分析了顺译和重复结合的方法和规律,更好地指导英汉同声传译实践。
The immediacy in English-Chinese simultaneous interpreting determines that the syntactic linearity should be adopted. However,syntactic linearity has its limits,which needs other skills. This paper investigates into the necessity of the combination of syntactic linearity and repetition in simultaneous interpreting from the practice of syntax structure,based on the contrastive linguistics theory. The paper analyses its combination method so as to better direct English-Chinese simultaneous interpreting practice.
