Achievements of Hebei province forestry ecological engineering construction and technical innovation analysis

摘要 河北省由于所处的特殊地理区位,其林业担负着为京津阻沙源、保水源,为河北增资源、拓财源的特殊历史使命。近年来实施的一系列如退耕还林还草工程、京津风沙源治理工程等重大林业生态工程建设,使全省有林地面积增加到434.2万hm2,森林覆盖率提高到23.25%。在重大林业生态工程实践中,河北省不断进行林业实用技术改进和创新,探索出了适合当地林业发展,应用成功的张北反坡面穴状整地、丰宁牛犁山带状整地和迁西“围山转+坡面积雨水窖”工程贮水抗旱节水技术模式。 Because of its special geographic position, Hebei province's forestry shoulders special historical mission- preventing sand source and guaranteeing the water source for Beijing and Tianjin, increasing resources and developing wealth for Hebei A series of significant forestry ecological project construction have been implemented in recent years, such as converting cropland to forest and grassland, sandstorm source control project in and around Beijing and Tianjin. As a result, the whole province's forest land area increased to 4.342 million hm^2 and forest coverage reached 23.25%. During the significant forestry ecological project practice, Hebei province makes the forestry practical technical change and the innovation unceasingly, explored drought resistant and water saving technical pattern- applying counter- slope faced pit soil preparation of Zhangbei, the belt soil preparation of sloping field plowed by cow of Fengning and round the raountain along the contour line plus slope face water cellar project of Qianxi, which suits the local forestry development and proved successful.
