摘要
研究了在用Sol─Gel法制备氧化铝超细粉末的过程中,溶液浓度及PH值对粉末性能的影响。溶液浓度是影响胶粒的形核和原生颗粒度大小的关键因素,PH值则是决定胶体溶液稳定性及最终所得粉末颗粒度的重要条件。通过研究不同的溶液浓度和PH值对氧化铝超细粉末性能的影响,得出了用Sol─Gel法制备氧化铝超细粉末的最佳浓度和PH值。本文还对沉淀方式及干燥、焙烧制度对粉末性能的影响作了研究。
In this paper the effect of the concentration and PH of the solution on the properties of ultrafine Alumina powders in Sol-Gel process has been studied. The concentration of the solution is the crucial factor of nucleation and primary partical size. PH is the critical condition of the colloid solution stability and final partical size. Trough studying the effect of different concentration and PH on the powder property, the optimum concentration and PH of solution are obtained in the Sol-Gel process. The influence of pricipitation methods anddrying process have also been studied.
