喷砂粒度对钛/瓷结合强度影响的研究 被引量:13

The study of the size of Al_2O_3 on the bond strength of porcelain/titanium

摘要 目的:探讨钛表面处理时不同喷砂粒度对钛/瓷结合强度的影响。方法:采用不同粒度(50μm,120μm,180μm,250μm)的Al2O3在2bar压力下以45°角对钛表面进行喷砂粗化处理后,对钛表面粗糙度、钛表面接触角以及钛/瓷结合强度进行检测。结果:Al2O3颗粒尺寸越大,粗糙度越大(p<0.05),钛表面接触角也越大(p<0.05);Al2O3颗粒大小对钛/瓷结合强度的影响不明显(p>0.05)。结论:采用本实验所选用的任何粒度的Al2O3颗粒,在0.2MPa压力下,以45°角度对钛进行喷砂处理均可以达到较好的钛/瓷结合强度的。 Objective: To study the effect of the size of A1203 on the bond strength of porcelain/titanium. Method: The roughness (Ra), contact angle of titanium surface and the bonding strength of titanium/porcelain were evaluated after using the different size of A1203 (50μm, 120μm, 180μm, 250μm)in 2 bar air pressure to rough the titanium surface.Result:The value of the roughness (Ra) and the contact angle became higher when using the larger size of Al2O3 to rough the titanium surface, While the bond strength of titanium-porcelain had no significantly change.Conclusion: The size of Al2O3 had no obvious effect on the bond strength of titanium-porcelain. Any size of Al2O3 that the research study can be used to impiove bond stregth of porcelain.
