摘要
本文提出了一种基本适用于弱非线性电阻电路在软故障情况下的故障分析方法。该方法在建立线性诊断方程时,利用了非线性元件的特性,因而提高了线性诊断方程的可诊断性,应用以往的线性诊断方法,在某些情况下,会出现诊断失效和等效故障集,而应用本方法有可能克服这种缺陷。
This paper presents a modified method for multiple-faults diagnosis of resistance circuits with weakly nonlinear element. The method consists of two parts: multiple-faults location by solving linear diagnosis equations, and then multiple-faults identification by solving nonlinear equations. Diagnosability of the linear diagnosis equation is improved, and the occurrence of the failure of diagnosis or the presence of equivalent faults under certain circumstance by other methods may be reduced, since the characteristics of the nonlinear elements are taken into consideration while formulating the linear diagnosis equation.
