摘要
在1000~1200℃条件下研究了不同的矿粉粒度、配碳比、粘结剂、还原温度等对含碳球团强度及金属化率的影响。结果表明,以水玻璃为粘结剂的含碳球团具有较好的强度和金属化率。
Under the condition of 1000-1200℃, study the effect of the carbon-bearing pellet strengths and metallization rate with different iron ore concentrate size, matching carbon ratio (carbon oxygen tool ratio), kind of additive and reduction temperature. The result shows that it has high strengths and metallization rate when the water glass is used as additive.
