摘要
采用紫外照射法对一株啤酒酵母进行诱变处理,结果表明:在紫外灯功率为15W,照射距离为10 cm,诱变时间为60 s的条件下,致死率可达到83.33%.通过多次初筛和复筛得到5株酵母菌,其中菌株L3经测定其生物量达到6.23 g/L,硒的质量分数达到656.43μg/g,分别是诱变前的1.37倍和1.42倍,确定其适于生产所需的强聚硒能力菌株.
We have screened and gained a strain Yeast via UV mutagenesis. Mutagenesis condition as below: the ultraviolet light power is 15 W, the distance is 10 cm, and the time is 60s, lethal rate 83.33%. After sifting for many times, five Yeasts were obtained. In which L3 biomass is up to 6.23 g/L, and its selenium content of cells is up to 656.43μg/g, rising 1.42 times and 1. 265 times as before Mutagenesis respectively. It is the bacterial strain of strong gathering selenium and suitable for productive fermentation.
