摘要
用循环伏安法、线性扫描伏安法、微分脉冲伏安法对双氯芬酸钠在乙炔黑电极上的伏安行为进行了研究.发现在0.3mol/L H2SO4介质中,于+0.48V(vsSCE)左右产生一灵敏的氧化峰,该氧化峰的峰电流与双氯芬酸钠的浓度在3×10^-7-1.0×10^-5mol/L范围内有良好的线性关系,开路富集2min后检出限为1.0×10^-7mol/L3×10^-6mol/L双氯芬酸钠溶液平行测定8次的相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.9%,测定了扶他林片剂中双氯芬酸钠的含量.
The voltammetric behaviors of diclofenac sodium were investigatied by cyclic, linear- sweep,differential -pulse voltammtry at acetylene black electrode. In supporting solution of 0.3 mol/L H2SO4, the oxidation peak potential of diclofenac sodium was at 0.48 V ( vs, SCE). The oxidation peak current is linear with the concentration of diclofenac sodium in the range from 3.0 × 10 ^-7 to 1.0 × 10 ^-5mol/L. The detection limit is about 1. 0 × 10 ^-7mol/ L for 2 min accumulation. The relative standard deviatiori (n =8) is 4.9% for 3.0 × 10 ^-6 mol/L diclofenac sodium. The satisfactory results were obtained in determination of diclofenac sodium in the voltalin tablets.
