摘要
针对HPV病毒的检测难题,设计一种将荧光偏振技术用于病原微生物检测和基因分析的荧光偏振自动检测系统。讨论荧光偏振自动检测系统光学系统结构、总体设计思想,并对主从模式下上位机和单片机通讯的通讯格式和实现方法进行详细讨论。检测结果表明荧光偏振自动检测系统运行稳定,控制过程可靠、检测精度高。
Considering the difficulties of HPV detection, an automatic detection system is designed with fluorescence polarization technology, which is used in pathogenic germs detections and gene analyses. The paper discusses the optical structure and the general design of fluorescence polarization automatic detection system. The communication format and its implemental methods of PC and single chip processor are described, based on the Masterslave mode. Detection results show that the fluorescence polarization automatic detection system is stable in operation, reliable in control and accurate in detection.
