摘要
在制备纤维增强塑料(FRP)筋的过程中,沿筋长度方向埋入光纤Bragg光栅传感器,制成了光纤光栅-纤维增强塑料复合筋(FRP-OFBG筋)。拉索制作过程中,将FRP-OFBG筋布设到平行钢丝拉索中,并利用冷铸锚锚杯内的环氧砂浆固定FRP筋的两端,得到一种新型平行钢丝智能拉索。利用智能筋与平行钢丝的协调变形,实现拉索的应力应变测量,监测拉索的工作状态。试验结果证明,该方法是可行的、有效的,且采用光栅传感器测量拉索应变测量精度较高。
The Optical fiber Bragg grating (OFBG) sensors in the center of die was pultruded with fiber strands in the production of Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) bars, and the smart FRP-OFBG bars are produced.The smart FRP-OFBG bars are placed into the parallel wire stay cable with each end bonded by epoxy resin grouts in anchors, and a new type smart parallel wire stay cable can be obtained.The strains of the smart stay cables in service can be measured coinstantaneously with deformations of smart FRP-OFBG bars and wires, which can be used to monitor safety and estimate fatigue life. The specimen tests are carried out and the experimental results show that the measure method is reliable and is a high precise measurement.
