摘要 对丙烯酰胺(AM)与甲基丙烯酸β-羟乙酯(HEMA)进行共聚制备的水凝胶角膜接触镜膜的溶胀行为进行了详细研究,结果表明,水凝胶膜对pH敏感。AM的含量越大,水分子越容易与大分子链形成氢键结合并迅速扩散,共聚物水凝胶的溶胀速度越快,过量溶胀现象越明显。其特征溶胀指数处于0.938—0.961之间,水分子扩散速率稍快于聚合物高分子链段的松弛速率。 Copolymer hydrogel was synthesized from acrylamide(AM) and hydroxyl ethylmethacrylate(HEMA), and the swelling behavior of the hydrogel film was studied. The results showed that hydrogel was sensitive to the pH but was not sensitive to the ion intensity and the temperature. With the content of AM in the copelymer hydrogel increasing, the swelling rate increased and excessively swelling appeared, the swelling index was 0.938- 0.961. It showed that the diffusion rate of water in the hydrogel slightly exceeded the relaxation rateof macromolecular chains.
