摘要
对4种不同粒径的冷水江煤和郑州矿物局贫瘦煤在升温速率均为20℃/min、气体流量为65mL/min的试验条件下进行了热重试验。结果表明:随着煤粉粒径的减小,最大燃烧速率出现得更早,着火提前;着火温度降低,燃尽温度也随之降低;煤粉活化能减小,煤粉的综合燃烧特性指数有较大提高,燃烧特性得到改善。
The proximate analysis has been carried out for Lengshuijiang coal and lean coal from Zheng - zhou Minerial Agency with four different particle sizes. Then, the samples are used for thermogravimetric test under condition of temperature rise rate to be 20℃/min, and the gas flow rate to be 65 mL/min. The results show that: the maximum combustion rate and ignition of the pulverized coal occurred more early along with the particle size of coal being decreased; the ignition temperature and burnout temperature all have decreased; the activation energy of pulverized coal has reduced, the complex characteristic index of combustion has been enhanced, the combustion property being perfected.
