摘要
目的:观察羊心脏蒲肯野纤维的演化过程和蒲肯野纤维与心肌束连接及其演化关系。方法:12只山羊取心脏后,常规石蜡切片,HE染色,光学显微镜观察。结果:正常成体羊心室肌层内蒲肯野纤维,按组成细胞的演化程度不同分为6级。蒲肯野纤维-心肌束的连接方式随连接所在部位、蒲肯野纤维的演化程度而不同。结论:正常成体羊心室肌层内的蒲肯野纤维为束细胞和(或)心肌细胞组成的动态结构。蒲肯野纤维与心肌束有多种连接方式,但均反映2者存在演化关系。
Aim, To explore the evolving process of Purkinje fiber, Purkinje fiber-cardiac muscular bundle junction, and their evolving relation. Methods:The paraffin sections of hearts from 12 goats, stained with HE, were observed under light microscope. Results: In normal adult goat ventricular muscular layer, Purkinje fiber could be classified into six types based on their evolving degree. The patterns of cardiac muscular bundle-Purkinje fiber junction were different according to the location and evolving degree of Purkinje fiber. Gonclusion: The Purkinje fiber, in normal adult goat ventricular muscular layer, is a dynamic structure composed of bundle cells and/or cardiomyocytes. Although various patterns occurre at Purkinje fiber-cardiac muscular bundle junction, all patterns indicate the evolving relation between Purkinje fiber and the myocardial bundle.
