摘要
从施工现场的组织机构、施工质量、施工人员的安全意识及其技术水平等方面分析了施工企业工程项目管理中存在的问题,并提出了相对应的解决措施,以提高项目的运作质量,从而全面提升施工单位的管理水平。
This paper analyzes the problems existed in engineering project management of construction enterprise from institutional framework in construction site, construction quality, and safety consciousness and engineering level of builder, and protx^ses their relevant treatment measures, in order to improve operational quality of project and to promote management level of construction unit.
