摘要
以循环经济的相关理论为指导思想,通过调查黑河流域的自然地理和社会经济状况,分析黑河流域存在的主要环境问题及其产生原因,并探讨黑河流域发展循环经济的必要性,构建黑河流域循环经济的发展模式,并提出若干发展循环经济的保障措施。
Based on the idea of recycle economy, the natural and socio-economic status of Heihe basin were investigated. Major environmental issues and their causes were analyzed. Development necessity of recycle economy in Heihe basin was stressed and safeguard measures of recycle economy were put forward.
