摘要
应用症状自评量表（ＳＣＬ９０）对４０名精神病医院护理人员与８０名综合医院护理人员的心理健康状况进行了调查，结果显示，精神病医院护理人员心理健康状况较差。作者探讨了造成这种现象的原因，并提出了改善精神病医院护理人员心理健康状况的对策。
Psychological investigation was done in 40 nurses working in hospital for mental disease and 80 nurses working in general hospital with SCL90(symptom check list90).The results showed that psychological health of the former was poorer than that of the latter.The authors put forward strategies to improve this condition.
