摘要
目的探讨肾移植患儿术后的临床观察与护理要点，提高临床护理水平。方法对33例肾移植患儿的术后补液方法、免疫药物的使用、感染的预防和护理等方面进行回顾性分析和总结。结果33例患儿手术均获成功，术后1例患儿因合并肺感染而死亡。人肾1年存活率分别为93．3％和86．6％。结论加强对肾移植术后患儿的观察与护理，及时发现、解决问题，做好对治疗的依从性工作，是帮助此类患儿顺利康复的关键。
Objective To summarize the nursing and monitoring points for postoperative children with kidney transplantation, and then improve the nursing quality. Methods Retrospective summarized nursing and monitoring points for 33 postoperative children with kidney transplantation, such as prevented infection or reclaim immunoreaction. Results All the operation were successful, only one child dead because of postoperative pneumonic infection. The survival rate of children and transplanted kidney were 93.3% and 86.6%. Conclusions Kidney transplantation can effectively improve the quality of life of children, careful nursing and monitoring can guarantee the successful of operation.
