摘要 从资源利用的角度来分析电镀污泥中含有金属的去除和回收利用问题,通过酸浸—置换—氧化—沉淀等工艺来回收污泥中的镍和铜.结果表明,本工艺制得的硫酸镍产品中含镍16%-18%,镍的回收率为80%,铜的回收率达85%,品位为90%.该过程中产生的浸渣经固化后,可作为普通建筑填料使用. The removing and utilizating problem of the metal of electroplating sludge is analyzed, nickel and copper are recovered from electroplating sludge through acid leaching-replacement-oxidation-sedimentation processes. Experimental result shows that the nickel sulphate product contains 16% - 17% of nickel and the grade is 80% , recovery rate of copper is more than 85% and the grade is 90% .,The solidification residue could be reused as common building material.
