摘要
作者认为,可以通过对供暖及空调系统中每一个控制单元(户或室)计时温控器和对应的控制阀门进行控制,实现单元内的温度调控管理,并将所有用户(控制单元)计时温控器联网,从而达到对整个供暖及空调系统进行监控管理,实现供水温度的实时监控,保证供水温度达到最低要求。本文提出了对每户(控制单元)按控制阀门通断累计时间进行热量分配及收费管理的新模式。
This project puts forward a method to control and manage each unit temperature through a time-accounting-temperature-control-device and a control valve in each unit (an apartment or a single room)in a heating or an air-conditioning system. The time-accounting-temperature-control-device can be further connected into a network, which can supervise the whole heating system and air conditioning system. This can be used to control the water temperature in a lowest way. This paper gives a new model of calculating the heating distribution and managing the heating cost by on-off time of the control valve.
