摘要 由于地质因素和工程因素的影响,河南油田套管错断、漏失、变形的油水井数量不断增加,导致套管内通径变小,常规的分层注水管柱由于其工具外径大于套管整形和套管补贴加固后的套管内径,无法满足套变井分层注水工艺的要求,加剧了套管变形井井区的注采矛盾。为此研制开发了外径为95 mm的小直径分层注水工艺管柱,形成了比较成熟的耐压15MPa小直径分层注水工艺技术和与之相适应的投捞测试工艺,现场应用取得了良好的效果。 Affected by geological factors and engineering fac- tors,the numbers of oil-water wells on casing deforma- tion,dislocated breaking and casing leakage are increas- ing.As a result,the inner drift diameter of the casing be- comes smaller.Because the inner diameter after deforma- tion and pasting reinforcement is smaller than the external diameter,the conventional string can not meet the re- quirements of the separate zone waterflooding technology, which sharpens the injection and production in casing de- formation well field.Therefore,the string with the exter- nal diameter (?)95mm,the separate zone waterflooding technology with 15MPa withholding pressure and the cor- respondent throwing-in & pulling technology have been developed and achieved perfect effect in application.
