摘要
金刚石颗粒在金属化处理时界面发生了复杂的变化。本文将采用RUD2型人造金刚石进行真空镀试验研究,结果表明采用真空镀对金刚石表面进行金属化处理达到了很好的增强粘接性能效果。对制约金刚石金属化过渡层(以Ti、Tic为主)的形成因素进行热力学分析.本文还研究了用不同金属化处理后的金刚石颗粒堆焊在钢齿表面,通过试验对比分析制备出了性能较好的金属化金刚石颗粒。
There are some complex changes about the reactions between the surface of the diamond and the interlayer . In this paper, an experiment has been carried out with diamond RUD2 and good effectness of weld ability has beeb gotten . Through the experiment several factors, which result in the ideal performance of the interlayer, has been found. Additionally, the metallized diamond grains of good performance has been found by comparision.
