摘要
通过对公立医院现行内部管理模式及问题的客观分析,提出构建由以健康为中心的公益性服务营销模式、以需求为导向的人性化诊疗模式、以能力为依归的服务型用人模式、与医疗行业特点相适应的医院内部核算分配新机制组成的科学的内部管理模式,是落实科学发展观和加强医院监管、推进医改的要求,是医院加强内部管理、提高经营管理水平的关键。
Based on analysis of the existing internal management model and problem of public hospital, a new model of scientific management was advocated.The author proposed to construct the marketing pattern of public welfare service by taking the health as the central, friendly diagnosing and treating pattern by taking the demand as the guidance, service pattern that choosing a person for a job by a competency-based, and scientific internal management pattern that composed of interior checking assigning hew mechanism in hospitals and adapted to the medical ,profession characteristic. It is the key to strengthening hospitals internal management and improving the management level.
