摘要 研究以H2SO4改性煤基活性炭为催化剂对乙酸和正丁醇的酯化反应的影响.考察了酸醇摩尔质量比、催化剂用量、反应时间对乙酸正丁酯的酯化率的影响.得出了最佳反应条件为,n(酸)∶n(醇)=1∶1.3、催化剂用量为原料总量的4.8%(冰乙酸质量的12.5%)、反应时间为3.0h,酯化率可达98.6%,表明该催化剂具有良好的催化活性. The catalytic behaviors of activated carbon modified by H2SO4 on synthesize n-butyl acetate were studied in this paper. The molar ratio of alcohol with acid, the infuluence of catalyst's dosage, and the reaction time on the esterification were investigated. The result of experiment indicates that the optimal reaction condition is as follow: when the molar ratio of acid to n-butanol is 1: 1.3, and the quality of the catalyst to total material is 4.8%(the qulity to acetic acid is 12. 5%), reaction time is 3 h, the esterification rate is up to 98.6%. Thus shows that the catalyst has good catalytic performance.
