摘要
介绍了南方沿海地区火电厂的一般取、用、耗、排水路系统。选取四个火电厂的取水水源、凝汽器冷却方式、单位发电量取水量和水的重复利用率进行比较分析并对其水路系统做出评价。最后肯定了南方沿海地区火电厂的节水成绩,并从除灰系统改造、废水零排放、提高循环冷却水浓缩倍率、加强水务管理、采用城市污水处理后的再生水作为火电厂供水水源五个方面提出进一步的节水措施。
This paper introduces general system of water intake, use, consumption and drainage in thermal power plants in southern coastal areas of China. It estimates the water systems of four thermal power plants by analyzing and comparing their intake water source, cooling system of steam condenser, quantity of water intake for unit power generation quantity and water recycle rate. Finally, the paper affirms the effects of water economization by thermal power plants in southern coastal areas and puts forward further water economization measures as to five aspects, namely, ash handling system reconstruction, waste water zero release, condensation multiple enhancement of recirculated cooling water, water management improvement, adoption of treated urban sewage as water source.
