摘要
文章探讨了弱酸性染料使用低温添加剂WMJ对羊毛进行染色的工艺及染色性能。结果表明:浅中色,WMJ用量为1%(owf),深色用量为3%(owf)。WMJ对羊毛的预处理温度为40℃,时间20 min,染色温度85℃。采用该工艺对羊毛进行染色,不仅降低了染色温度,减少了染色时间,降低了能源消耗,同时低温染色后,色光、上色率及牢度相对于常规沸染都有所提高,有效地改善了因沸染造成的泛黄、色萎毡缩、强力下降等疵病。
The dyeing process and the performance of weak acid dyes using additive WMJ for wool at low temperatures are studied. The results show that the dose of WMJ is 1% in medium or shallow colors and 3% (owf)in deep color. The pretreatment for wool is at 40 ℃ for 20 minutes, dyeing temperature is 85 ℃. Using this dyeing process for wool, the dyeing temperature, dyeing time and energy consumption are reduced. Simultaneously, compared with the conventional boiling dyeing process,the low temperature dyeing process makes wool fibers obtain deeper colors and better colour fastness, reduces the strength loss of the wool fibers. It can effectively solve some defects caused by the conventional boiling dyeing such as yellowing,dull, felt, strength loss.
