摘要
本文对熔铁合成低碳醇催化剂上的反应产物进行了色谱在线分析,利用GDX-103担体制作的填充柱实现了对产物的有效分离.通过对MR-GC-80高压微反联合装置在原气路增装一标准物发生器,使对产物定性分析速度加快、准确和方便,尤其适合于反应产物较复杂多变的情况下;以丁酮为内标,利用组分峰面积及相应质量校正因子(少数组分由内标物比较计算得来)进行了定量分析.结果表明,该熔铁催化剂上CO+H2反应产物主要由C1~C5正构醇,甲烷,甲醚和乙烯组成,此外,在1号样品上还有少量的异构醇产生,而在3号样品上尚有一定量的丙酮和丁酮产生.
This paper presents the analysis of the products from fused iron catalyst for higher alcohols synthesis process by gas chromatography on line. GDX-103 is used as column packing for sparation of products. Standard substance producer installed in original gas path of model MR-GC-80 apparatus results in determination faster, more accurate and convenient than ever before, especially as the products are complicated . Quantitative analyses are taken by use of peak area and weight correction factor. Meanwhile, butanone is used as internal standard. The results show that C 1 ̄C 5 linear alcohols, methane, ethylene and dimethylether are major components in products on fused iron catalysts, in addition, small amounts of iso alcohols on sample 1 and C 3 ̄C 4 ketones on sample 3 are also observed.
