摘要
开展大学生就业指导是为了帮助大学生根据自身特点和社会职业需求,选择并确定有利于发挥个人才能和实现个人理想的职业,帮助大学毕业生按照国家就业政策的导向,及时落实就业单位,正确实现自己的人生价值和社会价值,然而,当前我国高职高专院校大学生就业指导的实践工作中却存在着许多亟待解决的问题,本文认为,建立与完善高校就业指导课程体系是一条可行之路,并从制约因素分析入手,提出了一个切实可行的课程体系的新思路。
To develop employment guides for college students is for helping them to select and obtain their occupation which can benefit for developing their personal talent and realizing their ideal according to their characters and social occupation requires, and for helping the college graduate students to take up employment in time according to the national policy of employment,and to realize their value of life and society. However,there are so many problems need to be solve in practice of the employment guides. The article believes that we should set up and perfect the course system of employment guides of colleges and start with analysis on restrict factors to give a feasible and practicable thinking of course system.
